We want your experience to feel effortless from the beginning. Whether you're booking a personal service or exploring a wellness partnership, here are answers to common questions before beginning your iTrans4orm journey.
Many of our services begin with a focused consultation to understand your goals and create a personalized plan. Some services, like Sisterlocks™ or corrective skincare, require a consultation prior to scheduling.
Clean hair is essential for both your comfort and a healthy studio environment. Please shampoo your hair within 24 hours of your appointment. This helps us maintain sanitation standards and allows us to deliver the best possible results.
If you arrive and your hair hasn’t been shampooed, we’ll simply add a shampoo service so your appointment can move forward smoothly. You can also book this in advance as an add-on when scheduling.
We value your time and ours. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure every client gets the care they deserve, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a $35 cancellation fee (or 50% of the service fee for premium appointments). No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service.
A card on file is required to book, but it will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
We’re an appointment-based studio to ensure each visit receives focused attention and care. Same-day appointments may be available when possible.
We love our little ones and friends — but for safety and to maintain a calm, professional environment, only clients receiving services may attend. If your child is the scheduled client, one parent or guardian is welcome to stay during their appointment.
Yes. Through iTrans4orm Lounge™ experiences, we bring beauty, grooming, and wellness services to your event, retreat, or workplace.
Absolutely. We offer customizable corporate wellness experiences, including restorative lounge stations, wellness packages, and specialized events.
Yes. We can accommodate group services or create tailored experiences for special events, weddings, or team wellness days.
Yes! iTrans4orm gift cards are a beautiful way to treat someone special to a personalized beauty, grooming, or wellness experience. Gift cards can be purchased online or in the studio and may be used toward any service or product.
Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another recipient.
Your health and safety are a top priority at iTrans4orm. We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in alignment with state board regulations and industry best practices. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client, and disposable items are used whenever possible.
Our single-suite studio environment also allows us to maintain a clean, calm, and personalized experience — one guest at a time.
